We will roll out the Apple TV app on Chromecast with Google TV early next year, and even more devices powered by Android TV OS in the future. Also, rants are against the TOS for the forum. This is also a user forum, no one here is from Apple nor will they be reading this. Chromecast does not have a UI and does not run native apps, as well as using a completely different protocol that would be prohibitive to maintaining protection. And, you’ll be able to save them to your Watchlist to catch up on later. The TV app is also available on other devices. With Google TV, you’ll be able to see Apple Originals in your personalized recommendations and search results, making it even easier to find your favorite shows and movies. Through Family Sharing, up to six family members can share subscriptions to Apple TV channels This includes titles like “Ted Lasso,” “The Morning Show,” “Defending Jacob,” “Greyhound” and “Mariah Carey’s Magical Christmas Special.” Also on the Apple TV app, you can access your library of movie and TV show purchases from Apple, as well as enjoy personalized and curated recommendations and Apple TV channels. This makes the Chromecast with Google TV one of the only streaming devices with all the major video subscriptions.Īs an Apple TV+ subscriber, you can tune into award-winning original shows, movies and documentaries from the world’s most creative storytellers. Apple TV is more expensive, with prices starting at around 149. Price: Chromecast is generally cheaper than Apple TV, with prices starting at around 35. With the addition of the Apple TV app, Chromecast with Google TV users can access Apple TV+ (you’ll need a paid subscription). Streaming Quality: Chromecast supports up to 1080p video resolution, while Apple TV supports up to 4K video resolution. As a quick follow-up to welcoming Apple Music to Google smart speakers and displays, we’ll be bringing more of your favorite entertainment into one place with the launch of the Apple TV app on the all-new Chromecast with Google TV.

Update: I rescanned the codes and I'm not sure if I missed it before but along with P0303 (same 3rd cylinder, a "current" code) I'm getting P0660 (Intake Manifold Tuning Valve Control Circuit/Open Bank 1) which is under "pending" codes. I'm at least a year out from affording another car. Well anyway thanks for reading all this and any advice is welcome. I could try switching plug and/or coil around, maybe? I'm wondering if maybe I got a bad deal on the plug/coil work. I keep getting the OBD-II code for P033 I think, for the 3rd plug. I'll do it if there's a good chance it'll kill the missing problem. Should I go ahead and have the intake manifold replaced? That's easily gonna be a 600$+ job that I can't do. Now it's even worse - I think running the compressor for the AC has got it all angry and it just feels like it's about to wobble out of the dang hood. So, it's OK for going to work for a job and back but that's it. If I make a quick grocery run, it misses once I'm on the return trip. There's a weird pattern - if I drive after letting it sit overnight, then let it sit for 2 or more hours, it's fine, doesn't miss. I had him replace the plugs and coils which seemed to tone it down for a while but now it's back and getting worse. My research has pretty well checked out with that diagnosis. The missing issue popped up a few thousand miles after and when it got worrisome, I took it to a local mechanic who said he'd start with the spark plugs, then ignition coils, then if still missing, go for the intake manifold. I wish I had had one of these things in its prime! Also, it is really fun to drive as I'm sure y'all already know. I replaced my 02 Protege auto Trans with a Trans from a 03 Protege 5.The dealership mentioned they should be interchangeable I provided VINs.The trans works but I have the T type shifter. Enhanced by a taut and well-damped suspension, the Protege5 is the "driver's car" of economy wagons. Credit goes to the first-rate steering system that provides gobs of feedback, perfect weighting and no on-center dead spot. I prefer to scan these important documents and add them to their respective Dropbox files. Once you’ve gone through the papers, find the items that you need to archive, including birth certificates, estate plans, and business documents. Sort each document into its respective pile. Create piles with sticky notes labeled “actionable,” recycle,” “shred,” “relocate,” “archive,” and so on. You can also add in sticky notes, pens, and whatever else may be cluttering your space.Īfter that, senior staff writer Kaitlyn Wells recommends spending at least 15 minutes sorting through important papers. Next, it’s time to sort through all of the papers on your desk-you know the ones-and put anything that you need to access often in a desktop organizer. For instance, no one has ever seen whale sharks mate. Much of the sharks' lives seem to occur in the open sea, where they're hard to observe, leaving chunks of their lives a mystery. Though they live in warm waters across the globe, researchers usually get to study them only in coastal waters where young juvenile males cluster to feed. Whale sharks are the largest fish species, ranging from 18 to 40 feet (5 to 12 m) in length. Then, the female gives birth to about 300 live young. Whale shark females produce eggs, but the young hatch inside of the mother instead of in the water like most fish. Then, they will swoop in and eat the eggs. According to The Nature Conservatory, whale sharks will wait as long as 14 hours for fish to spawn on reefs. Plankton are their main food source, but they also eat shrimp, algae and other marine plant material, sardines, anchovies, mackerels, squid, tuna and albacore. They open their mouths, let water come in and their bodies filter out food, and release the water and any debris back into the ocean. While they are meat-loving carnivores, whale sharks are filter feeders, according to National Geographic. These sharks don’t attack and tear apart their prey like most many of their relatives. The fission bombs dropped on Japan created local fallout, according to "Nuclear Choices for the Twenty-First Century," but modern thermonuclear weapons blast radioactive material high into the stratosphere (the middle layer of Earth's atmosphere), allowing for global fallout. Radiation is the secondary, and much more insidious, consequence of a nuclear blast. (Image credit: Pictures from History/Universal Images Group via Getty Images) Image taken from a tower on Bikini Island. The underwater Baker nuclear explosion on July 25, 1946, created a huge mushroom-shaped cloud that spread radiation far and wide. Department of Energy, engulfing 4.4 square miles (11.4 square kilometers). Such a firestorm occurred in Hiroshima, according to the U.S. Death could also come by firestorm, the book says depending on the terrain of the blast zone, fires caused by the initial blast can combine and create their own, self-fueling wind. Most would likely suffer thermal burns from the initial thermal blast, according to the book " Nuclear Choices for the Twenty-First Century: A Citizen's Guide" (MIT Press, 2021). Survivors would carry radioactive dust and would need to be decontaminated. With roads and train tracks destroyed, hospitals leveled, and doctors, nurses and first responders in the blast zone dead or injured, there would be few options for bringing in supplies or people to help, especially given the high levels of radiation following a detonation. There would be little help for survivors near the detonation area, however, according to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). government website advises that anyone with prior warning - either from official communications or from seeing a flash from a nearby detonation - move to a basement or the center of a large building and stay there for at least 24 hours to avoid the worst radioactive fallout. Some of these people would be injured by pressure from the explosion, while most would be exposed to injuries from collapsed buildings or from flying shrapnel most buildings in a 0.5-mile (0.8 km) radius of the detonation would be knocked down or heavily damaged. (An air detonation would have a wider blast radius, according to the nonproliferation organization ICAN.) Those deaths would be caused by fires, intense radiation exposure and other fatal injuries. For instance, a 10-kiloton nuclear weapon, equivalent to the size of the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombs, would immediately kill about 50%t of the people within a 2-mile (3.2 km) radius of ground detonation, according to a 2007 report from a Preventive Defense Project workshop. Needless to say, being at ground zero of such an explosion means instant death. Thermonuclear bombs have been tested, but never used in combat. The result, according to the Union of Concerned Scientists, is a fireball with temperatures that match the heat of the center of the sun. This fusion reaction kicks off yet more neutrons, which create more fission, which create more fusion, and on and on. Thermonuclear, or hydrogen, bombs use the power of the initial fission reaction to fuse hydrogen atoms within the weapon. Many modern weapons, though, have the potential to do even worse damage. The resulting fission explosion is devastating: It was fission bombs, sometimes known as atomic bombs or A-bombs, that destroyed Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Japan, with the force of between 15 kilotons and 20 kilotons of TNT. =Telling Personal Stories - an advanced manual for those wishing to become professional storytellers.= Beyond Powerpoint - An informal crowd-sourced initiative to create a new Advanced Communication Manual=.=Asserting Yourself Effectively 10–14 min=.=Diffusing Verbal Criticism 10–14 min=.=Manual: 226-M Interpersonal Communications These are great speeches to give when visiting another club since they are a great change of pace for most clubs.
